1. Spirituality
* Japa
* Made a new mojo bag
* Made a full offering to Yemaya
* Ran GoG's Lammas
2. Get in better shape/eat better
* I'm finding the eat better part is starting to be self policing. At home/work, I eat v. well - roasted chicken and vegetables, cereal bars, fruit, "normal" sized bento box, almonds, vitamuffins, froyo, popcorn typically with an occasional visit from cheese. When I eat out now or eat at a function, my stomach is all WTF LADY! THIS IS NOT HOW WE EAT! And launches a full gasteointestinal protest. Which is leading me to think perhaps, I should stop feeding my body crap. This is harder to do at a rit or at a function and not super easy to do at a function such as a party, wedding, etc. I think at the very least I need to be more selective about when I want to introduce a full GI episode, certain things are more worth it to me than others.
* Gym/yoga has been a no go. I'm going to restart yoga tonight and gym on thurs and go again on Sun. It just hasn't been condusive to my schedule.
3. Writing
* Shopped a few of my existing pieces more
* After pumping out 23 articles in the first week of Aug, I started lagging and only did a total of 7 in the last two weeks. I'm hoping to get somewhere in the middleish for the remainder of the month and to use this time wisely while I am still employed.
4. Crafting
* Finished spinning my red glitz fiber. Started a new white/silver glitz. Divided up the Icelandic roving into 4oz batches.
5. Other
* Just got my webcam yesterday, am hoping to take some pics soon.
* Started reading The Game, am pleased by the general lack of classism, sexism and approachability.
* Did some serious shopping to bring wardrobe up to desired speed. Now have: necklace with floral detail, sexxxy comfy pencil skirt, three new tops, sleepwear, cover girl smoky eye pencil, eyebrow grooming stuff and some nail stuff, curlers, ruffled ballet flats.
* Attempting to stop torturing/picking at myself. This has been v. difficult.
